Missing purchase
I purchased coins/credits/virtual items, but I don't see them in my account.
Technical issues can happen for sure, but most times if you don’t receive a purchase immediately it’s because there is a slight delay in payment processing.
Please wait for at least 10 minutes before contacting us regarding this matter as purchases will automatically be credited following a short wait.
If the purchase isn’t credited even after waiting, please contact our Support Team and attach the applicable receipt/proof of purchase to your message and we’ll take it from there! 😊
