What To Do In Case Of Technical Difficulties

A short guide with easy and useful steps that will solve most of your technical issues

Have you experienced disconnections lately? Is your game freezing? Not able to daub any numbers? Loading issues?

No need to worry! Engineer Blitzy is here to help you get the smoothest experience possible.

This can easily be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies! Don’t forget that Bingo Blitz is a very demanding game.

Clearing Cache & Cookies

In order for it to run as best as possible, with the glossy animations you’re used to, it’s important to do this on a regular basis. Here’s a few links that will guide you through clearing your cache and cookies!

Did you clear your cache and cookies and are still experiencing freezing or loading issues? Did you get disconnected again from your favorite Bingo room?

No worries! You might have an outdated version of the app.

Because Blitzy is always looking to be ahead of the game, he always stays on top of the latest technology.

Update the App

An outdated game may cause some bothersome glitches.  Here’s how to update it:

For iOS

  • Open the App Store.
  • Tap Updates.
  • Tap Update beside any app that shows an available update.
  • Some apps require a wi-fi connection to update.

For Android

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap Menu -> My apps & games.
  • Apps with an update available are labeled “Update.” You can also search for a specific app.
  • Tap Update.


Reinstall the App

Done all the previous steps and still having loading issues? Are you still experiencing freezing or disconnection from your Bingo rounds?

Rest assured, re-installing the application on your device should do the trick!

Before the re-install can do its magic, we recommend ensuring that you have a strong and steady internet connection throughout the duration of each bingo round.

In case your internet provider cannot help with troubleshooting and investigation, you can always try playing while connected on a few different connections (mobile data, WiFi, LAN on PC) to identify which one is the least favorable for a live bingo game.

Last but not least, another important element is your phone’s version being up to date.

If you’re liking the browser version of the game but it’s not loading right, and freezings and disconnections appear from time to time, it might be that your browser version is outdated.
